Implemented through the Strengthening IGAD’s Capacity to Increase Resilience in the Horn of Africa (SCIDA III) programme, PRBP works closely with IGAD specialized institutions including CEWARN, ICPAC, and ICPALD, alongside national and local governments, civil society organizations, and borderland communities.

The programme adopts a coordinated regional approach that strengthens institutional collaboration, empowers local actors, enhances information sharing, and supports evidence-based decision-making to transform borderlands into spaces of peace, cooperation, and shared development.
